At RDT Ingenieros we are reinforcing our electromobility engineering team and are looking for an Energy Management Specialist / HV Battery Expert to join our projects in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
The Energy Management or HV Battery Specialist leads development validation and analysis of vehicle energy systems including LV/MV/HV functions battery performance thermal management and system integration.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop analyse and validate energy management functions (LV/MV/HV).
- Evaluate battery performance safety thermal behaviour and degradation.
- Support requirement management system design and technical analysis.
- Analyse test data identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with platform teams suppliers and SW/HW developers.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and release recommendations.

What were looking for
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries BMS charging systems and energy flow.
- Experience with CAN diagnostics simulation tools or vehicle testing.
- Ability to interpret complex data and propose technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative problem-solving mindset.
