Were hiring afull-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)to provideschool-based servicesfor the 2025-2026 school year. This position would be covering various leave positions throughout the year. Position Details

• Caseload Type: K-12
• Hours per Week: 37.5
• Schedule: MondayFriday school hours
• Start & End Date: January 2026 - June 2026
• Onsite position

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid professional educator license for the State of Pennsylvania
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Certificate
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
