About the Role We are seeking a Test Engineering Team Lead to drive quality engineering across our application platforms. This role offers the opportunity to lead QA strategy guide a high-performing engineering team and influence critical technical decisions in a global Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead mentor and develop a team of test engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines.

Build career development plans and ensure the team stays aligned with current and future skill requirements.

Use data-driven analysis to prioritize between short-term needs and long-term solutions.

Collaborate with senior engineers product managers development managers and scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and encourage continuous learning within the team.

Develop and maintain test scripts based on functional and technical designs.

Contribute to the selection validation and implementation of QA tools and best practices.

Understand user requirements write test cases build automation scripts execute testing debug issues and deliver comprehensive reports.

Support CI/CD processes and ensure seamless integration with automation frameworks.

Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements -
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

8 11 years of experience in Quality Engineering with at least 2 years in team leadership.

Strong understanding of testing concepts product architecture and QA methodologies.

Hands-on experience in test case development automation debugging and reporting.

Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to own and drive product quality across teams.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points) -
Experience with Selenium Cypress or WebDriver I/O (C# or Java).

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

Contributions to open-source projects personal repositories or tech communities.
-
Relevant certifications in technology or Agile methodologies.

Experience working in Agile-at-scale environments across global teams.
