Job Summary

Qualifications

Expertise in Family Law including experience handling cases related to divorce child custody spousal support and other family law matters
Strong skills in drafting legal documents including pleadings motions settlement agreements and parenting plans
Proficiency in conducting legal research and analyzing case law to build strong legal strategies
Exceptional abilities in negotiation mediation and courtroom advocacy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with team members
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Active membership in the California State Bar and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Prior experience in family law practice preferred; knowledge of local courts and procedures is an advantage.
Book of business is a plus but not required. Residence in the North Bay is strongly preferred.
