Mandate- A&D and PCS experience Discrete Manufacturing in A&D is mandate
A&D clients need to be names that build airplanes like Pratt Whitney or Bombardier etc.

MBoM Routing and Shop Floor Executions SAP Best Practice

Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.

Based on the answers obtained from the assessment consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

Process Flows

Authorization and Security

Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)

Change Management

Reporting

S/4 Experience

A&D Experience (for offshore this preferred not a must)

Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES)

Classification MRP Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters

Work Centers BoMs and Routings Revision & ECM

Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS

External Processing wit Subcontracting

Production Order Kitting

Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order

Rework and Production Order Splitting

Availability Checking and Shortage reporting

Integration with PLM systems

Integration with MES systems

Functional specification authoring
