Job Summary
Quality Staffing is hiring a hands-on Lead for a first-shift industrial operation in Smyrna TN. This is a frontline role working directly with the team on the floor to ensure safe efficient daily operations. Working 2nd Shift 3:30PM to 12:00AM with overtime on occasion. $18.00 per hour with eligible monthly bonus.

What Youll Do
- Lead and support a team of hourly associates on first shift
- Work side-by-side with the team to meet daily production goals
- Enforce safety rules conduct safety talks and correct unsafe behavior
- Operate and oversee equipment including cherry pickers / aerial lifts
- Assign tasks monitor workflow and keep operations running smoothly
- Train new hires and coach team members
What Were Looking For
- Previous lead or supervisory experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
- Strong safety-first mindset
- Experience operating or supervising use of cherry pickers
- Reliable hands-on leader comfortable working on the floor
- Ability to work first shift consistently
