Shift: Mon Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 2 3 days onsite)

Job Summary

This role focuses on managing product delivery for technology solutions owning backlogs leading sprint execution collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality feature releases.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Sprint Management (80%)
Own the product backlog and prioritize work that delivers the highest stakeholder value.
Act as the main decision-maker for requirements features use cases and user stories.
Lead sprint planning refinement and sequencing of user stories.
Track progress of user stories and ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
Convert product vision into actionable release plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional project and product teams.

Requirements Gathering
Work across teams to translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Synchronize backlog activities across scrum teams.

Backlog & Release Planning
Maintain and refine the backlog including stories defects technical debt and infra tasks.
Support release planning by defining stories clarifying requirements and drafting sprint objectives.

Quality Oversight
Monitor feature performance post-release.
Contribute to test strategies and review test cases.
Conduct design and requirements reviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication (20%)

Gather stakeholder insights and manage expectations.
Build strong relationships with development marketing support and functional teams.
Communicate progress risks and dependencies clearly.
Support documentation needs and coordinate with internal teams and third parties.
Influence teams and leadership to align with product goals.
Stay updated on the competitive and technology landscape.
Availability during occasional off-hours for plant implementations or go-live events.
