Job Summary

Job Description

The Credit & Recovery Officer will be responsible for following up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through phone calls and physical visits.
Collect payments from customers maintain proper documentation and ensure timely deposit of collections to the bank.
Maintain accurate daily records of collections and customer interactions.
Report daily activities collection status and any issues to the supervisor.
Support the team in minimizing overdue accounts and improving collection efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree (pursuing or completed).
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic communication and negotiation skills.
