We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Software Implementation team to help us welcome and onboard new clients

Summary of Role & Responsibilities

The Project Manager plays a critical role in software implementations and is responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation project
• Monitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex: Jira & Basecamp)
• Communicating with clients about project expectations timelines and upcoming deliverables
• Learning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessions
• Capturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts who will be completing the associated conversion work
• Driving project process improvements to enhance speed and quality
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully complete

An excellent candidate in this role:

• Has deep prior experience as a Project Manager ideally managing large complex projects such as ERP Payroll or Financial software implementations
• Is comfortable learning & teaching new software products
• Is a connector building bridges to other departments and staying in the loop on their activities as a means of reducing or removing barriers to project completion
• Is highly detail-oriented
• Is proactive in managing agendas updating stakeholders and documenting action items
• Is comfortable operating within an Agile process
• Generates strong trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Has a Bachelors degree
• Is interested in learning about Property Appraisal and the Vision software solutions in order to better understand client needs conduct successful trainings and interact with Data Architects and Engineers
