Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with Asia Service Administration in Manila for service transactions processing and customer support activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of requests for processing of transactions across ERP and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with Sales Field Service Engineers and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery where applicable
  • Maintain audit-readiness and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of service operations or support functions
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal strengths
  • Good command of English and Japanese (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
  • High attention to detail strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality

TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED

  • Occasional travel across Japan and Asia as needed (approx. 1020%).
