Job Summary

Your role as a senior project manager will be to integrate and strengthen Project Management Team. Your mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of our projects whilst striving for the continuous improvement of your teams project management methodologies and related tools.

1100 zł - 1300 zł a day

Previous experience in institutional banking especially in securities services and investment fund area.

Experienced in transversal and strategic alignment projects.

Years of experience in the role: Minimum 7y

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee complex projects to ensure they meet scope timeline and budget requirements.

Engage with senior stakeholders to drive work and provide strategic updates.

Work in partnership with other project participants to drive the book of work.

Travel may be required to attend offsite project meetings in France Luxemburg & Ireland.

Responsibilities will include:

Planning & Budget refinement

Team management business change management team

Project coordination and governance

Stakeholder engagement including multiple SMEs

Communications management

IT functional changes testing and roll-out coordination

Operational TOM coordination

Dependencies management

Change requests management

Budget monitoring tracking & reporting

Change Control Governance

RAID Log Management

REQUIREMENTS

Communication with senior stakeholders

Experience managing expectations preventing/mitigating conflict of interests managing stakeholders

Proven track record in end-to-end project management

Minimum 7 years of project management experience

Accustomed to working in global and dispersed teams

Attention to detail ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and provide practical solutions

Openness ability to approach topics with an open mind

Initiative-taker delivering value and products without constant monitoring

CLIENT BEST PRACTICES - PROJECT FRAMEWORK

1. Weekly sprints you organize & transparently present weekly planning for yourself and project team members (who does what and when) to achieve sprint goals and milestones

2. You are responsible for clarifying project product and success criteria and preparing product backlog & roadmap containing major milestones

3. You organize weekly touchpoints (Client does not do daily stand-ups except in specific periods) to present: delivered work work in progress plans and roadblocks

4. You organize monthly Steering Committees aimed at decision-making and ensuring awareness

5. You are responsible for project cost and risk tracking presented in RAID format

6. Depending on project size you must ensure project documentation and formalization

7. For all meetings you are responsible for preparing and sharing supporting documentation in advance

8. You are responsible for stakeholder relationships communication feedback gathering and coordination
