Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is looking for a Surgical Technologist (CST)! ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-acuity surgical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced OR environment and has a strong background across multiple surgical specialties.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE SURGICAL TECH POSITION:
Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available
Assist with setup turnover and equipment troubleshooting
Follow all facility state and federal guidelines for safety and compliance
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
Participate in on-call rotations as required
Required Experience
Candidates must have strong experience in:
- Cardiac
- Neuro
- Thoracic
- Orthopedic
- Vascular
Requirements
- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required at the time of submission
- Minimum Insert years experience as a Surgical Tech in an acute care OR setting
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to take on-call shifts as needed
