This Position reports to:
Manufacturing Engineering ManagerJob Description:
- Support manufacturing engineering with process improvements cost reduction initiatives and development of new equipment layouts and processes.
- Assist with design implementation and documentation of fixtures tooling manufacturing instructions standard work and training materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities including time studies RCFA/DMAIC projects preventive maintenance and cycle time scrap and rework reduction.
- Collaborate with engineers production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues while supporting safety quality and operational excellence initiatives.
Education and Experience Needed:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university in the study of Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
