When you join our Career Programsteamas aSummerAssociate in the Graduate LeadershipDevelopmentProgram (GLDP) you will join a team that continues to push CIBC as the market leader inmakingour clients ambitions a Associateroleoffers you an opportunity to pursue a 4-month internship with significant flexibility to create your own experience that aligns with your personal and professional development goals.

Yoursummerinternship will be spentinone of our many linesof business at the includesteamswithin:Personal and Business Banking People Culture and BrandEnterprise Innovation Commercial Banking RiskManagementand many on your interest and business needs GLDP Summer Associates will take onrolesincludingProduct ManagerSenior Financial AnalystProject Manager Consultant Credit Analystor similar.

You willalso have access to yourSummer Placement Manager Program Manager and Peer Mentor who will support your professional growth through personalized career guidance. As you begin your internship at CIBC you will join a dynamic community of talented professionals in the full-time GLDP programwhich will allow you to expandyour network andfostermeaningful connections. Additionally the various internal GLDP committees offer opportunities to pursue your interests and passion projects while contributing to the ongoing development of the GLDP community.

  • You area student currently enrolled in aMasters/MBA Program with an expected graduation datein 2025 2026 or 2027.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years work experience.
