Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Primary responsibilities: Under the supervision of licensed PTs youll participate in initial patient screening implement and progress therapeutic exercise programs gait and transfer training balance and fall prevention manual therapy modalities as indicated and assist with functional training for activities of daily living. Youll help monitor patient responses document progress notes communicate changes to the care team ensure safety and alignment with the plan of care and provide patient and family education to reinforce carryover at home. Youll support care across inpatient outpatient and rehab environments adapting interventions to diverse diagnoses and acuity levels while maintaining meticulous documentation and compliance with standards.
