About the Role:
Reporting to the Legal Support & Services Manager youll champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This pivotal role puts you at the forefront of process innovation - leveraging AI and automation refining national standards and delivering seamless top-tier support to our legal teams. Youll lead develop and inspire a diverse team ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of legal support services.
What Youll Do:
- Lead develop and motivate a team of around 30 people
- Own and deliver national standards training and best practice guidelines
- Oversee talent management initiatives across recruitment development and succession planning
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across three offices
- Bring innovative solutions - especially in AI and automation - to life
What Youll Bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and 5 years leadership experience ideally in a professional services environment
- Proven track record in large team leadership
- Experience driving process improvement and efficiencies ideally utilising AI
- Exceptional communication stakeholder management and organisational skills
- A proactive collaborative and positive inspirational approach
