Sales Executive Main Dealer (Representing Our Client)
OTE 15000 Basic

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a successful and fast-growing main dealership offering both new and used vehicles. With a highly active showroom and a proven sales team already delivering impressive results this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive looking to thrive in a high-energy environment.

A very busy showroom with consistent customer traffic
A strong sales team of three currently averaging 25 cars per week collectively
Realistic annual target of 150 vehicles

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
Manage the full sales process including test drives finance discussions and follow-up
Build long-term customer relationships and maximise repeat business
Work closely with the management team to achieve personal and dealership targets

What Were Looking For

Previous vehicle sales experience preferred ideally in a main dealer environment
Strong communication skills and a confident proactive approach
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
A motivated individual ready to perform in a high-volume fast-paced setting

Hours

MonFri: 8:306:00
Saturday: 8:305:00
Sunday: 10:004:00 (1 in 4 rota)
