What you will do:

- Build and ship core AI voice agent product features across the full stack.

- Own the product lifecycle from customer needs to solution delivery and iteration.

- Apply best practices in testing documentation and reliability to raise the bar.

The ideal candidate:

- Strong fundamentals and 5 years production experience with React TypeScript Python.

- Proven track record building and shipping AI products end-to-end.

- Customer-obsessed biased for action with an owners mindset for 0-to-1 building.
