Job Summary

Position: VIP Automotive Salesperson


Introduction:

  • is currently searching for a self-driven organized and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive this role you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a addition you will work with all of our Out-of-State customers to assist them in purchasing a vehicle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete 50 post-visit calls texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle

  • Schedule be-back visits and document in HGregs CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions

  • Communicate effectively with Out-of-State customers and assist them with purchasing a vehicle.

  • Utilize HGregs Sales Process when interacting with customers

  • Share HGregs Core Values and educate all customers on how we do business

  • Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicles operating features

  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month

  • Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management

  • Turn 100% of closed deals to finance along with properly completed paperwork

  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery

  • Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Previous automotive sales and/or BDC experience

  • Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required

Compensation

  • This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-100000/yr depending on success plus benefits including Medical Dental and 401K.
