This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm with a flexible approach to start and finish times. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office 2 days working from home.

Then this could be the job for you! We are recruiting for a Digital Advertising Executivewith key focus on continuing to build on the recent launch of an exciting new Affiliate program to join the Digital Marketing team at our Head Office in Christchurch Dorset.
Youll be working for the UKs biggest hobbies and craft retailer with 108 stores and a strong and developing digital presence. This is a fast paced and creative environment where you will need strong self-awareness excellent organisational and communication skills and the flexibility to face challenges and adapt plans as they arise.
About the role
This pivotal role will focus on managing and growing our new Affiliate marketing program as a key performance channel within the wider marketing mix. Youll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing our affiliate agency and cross-functional teams including Content Marketing (PR/influencers) eCcommerce and Trade to ensure affiliate partnerships deliver measurable growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong grounding in affiliate marketing who is ready to take on more ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end - from strategy to execution. Youll also contribute to other channels within the digital marketing mix including Paid Social and Paid Search providing broad exposure to a high-performing performance-focused digital team.
