You will report directly to our IT Manager and youll work in our Santiago de Chile location with an on-site work modality.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions
- Providing product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
QualificationsYou Must Have
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT customer support or a related role
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field. Such as Computer science o IT engineering
- IT Knowledge
- Troubleshooting experience
- Networking knowledge IP etc
- ITIL Knowledge
- Knowledge of operating systems
- Office 360 knowledge
- Experience configuring hardware and software systems
- Help desk support experience
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- English proficiency
