Responsibilities

Provide individualized personal care support including assistance with mobility hygiene and daily routines.
Support student participation in classroom activities transitions and school tasks.
Implement instructional and behavioral strategies provided by teachers and specialists.
Observe and document student needs behaviors and concerns; report updates to supervising staff.
Maintain a safe supportive environment aligned with school protocols and student care plans.
Assist with classroom supervision organization and student redirection as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to ensure consistent high-quality care.

Qualifications

Experience working with children or students in educational or care settings preferred.
Ability to assist with personal care tasks and provide physical support.
Strong communication skills patience and professionalism.
Ability to follow care plans behavior strategies and school safety protocols.
Must meet all required background check requirements.
