Job Responsibilities

  • Import transform and validate large healthcare data sets from multiple sources.
  • Develop optimize and maintain data processes and workflows to support analytic and reporting needs.
  • Perform data profiling and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to communicate findings and support client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to interpret results and deliver insights.
  • Participate in peer review processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to Millimans quality standards.
  • Balance multiple client projects simultaneously spending time on data management analysis automation and reporting.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Computer Science Mathematics Public Health Economics or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of data structures data integration and reporting concepts.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation and management.
  • Ability to interpret clean and explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Exposure to AI and Generative AI tools for data analysis or automation is preferred not required.
  • Experience with cloud data technologies (e.g. Azure Data Factory Databricks Snowflake AWS Redshift or similar) is preferred not required.
  • Experience with data visualization technologies (Power BI R) is preferred not required.

Salary:

The overall salary range for this role is $71700 - $161575.

For candidates residing in:

Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Newark San Jose San Francisco Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia:

  • $82455 - $131905 if overall experience is less than 4 years; and
  • $97865 - $161575 for experience greater than 4 years.

All other states:

  • $71700 - $114700 if overall experience is less than 4 years; and
  • $85100- $140500 for experience greater than 4 years

A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.

Location:It is preferred that candidates work on-site at ourBrookfield Wisconsin office howeverremote candidates will be considered.
