International Retail Specialist

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Communicate regularly with country support teams and franchise partners

• Support implementation of directives from field and corporate for select countries

• Direct inquiries from international franchisees to appropriate Skechers corporate departments

• Provide POP inventory projections to corporate retail team based on franchise usage estimates

• Coordinate franchisee itineraries for product conferences

• Collect weekly new store opening updates and photos

• Monitor operational standards in target markets

• Process and track new store opening and monthly operational supply orders

• Provide marketing artwork updates to franchise partners

• Coordinate retail trainings for international partners

• Review monthly franchise recap reports and address areas for improvement

• Maintain knowledge of Skechers retail policies procedures and standards

• Provide feedback to franchise partners on store presentation

• Track and analyze sales and KPI results summarizing trends and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree required; business degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in a corporate environment

• Knowledge of retail principles business operations and retail management

• Experience working with international business partners

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong knowledge of Excel

• InDesign and Photoshop skills preferred

• Fluency in a foreign language a plus

The pay range for this position is $71000-$76000/yr USD.
