Job Summary
This role is part of the Growth Team (Innovation Infrastructure) and focuses on improving organizational productivity through technology automation and process optimization. You will learn to design workflows validate ideas and implement automation tools to simplify and enhance operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automation flows (e.g. using Python Zapier) to improve efficiency across workflows.
- Test and validate new ideas and processes through quick experiments.
- Configure and manage tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL) Notion and others to streamline team operations.
- Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make technology accessible and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using digital tools and systems.
- Keen interest in automation process improvement and technology-driven productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated eager to learn and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
