The Junior Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including filing data entry scanning and document management.
Assist with scheduling meetings coordinating calendars and preparing basic reports or presentations.
Manage incoming calls messages and emails ensuring timely responses or proper routing.
Support onboarding processes by preparing documents collecting employee information and maintaining records.
Assist in organizing team events trainings and internal communications.
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
Collaborate with other departments to support workflow and administrative needs.
Perform special tasks or small projects assigned by management.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
01 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles (internships acceptable).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures accurately.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Basic knowledge of office administration or HR processes.
