Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician (Entry Level) to provide technical assistance troubleshoot issues and help maintain our hardware software and network systems. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their IT career and looking to grow in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Because this position involves daily communication with international teams and clients English fluency (native or bilingual level) is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for hardware software and network-related issues
Install configure and maintain computers laptops printers and mobile devices
Assist with password resets software installations and system updates
Support users via in-person assistance email chat and remote desktop tools
Maintain the IT inventory of equipment software and licenses
Document support requests troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Assist with network equipment and office technology maintenance
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when needed
Adhere to IT policies data protection standards and security procedures
Deliver excellent customer service while working collaboratively with the team

Requirements

High school diploma technical degree or certification in IT Computer Science or related field .
02 years of experience in IT support service desk or help desk roles.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS macOS and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) .
Strong problem-solving and communication skills .
English fluency (native or bilingual level) required .
3 rd party software support.
Basic Knowledge of Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

Experience with IT ticketing systems (Freshdesk Zendesk ServiceNow etc.)
Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management
Entry-level IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A)
Familiarity with computer hardware networking basics and remote support tools
