Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Prepare mix and test concrete samples in accordance with national and international standards
- Monitor and optimize concrete production processes to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Analyze raw materials and adjust concrete mix designs based on project requirements and environmental conditions.
- Conduct field inspections on-site testing and comprehensive documentation of results
- Collaborate closely with site engineers quality assurance personnel and production supervisors
- Ensure all activities comply with German and EU construction and material standards
- Maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Generate and submit daily and weekly concrete quality reports for project tracking and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Technologist or Concrete Technician
- Formal qualification: Anabin H Plus certification or equivalent vocational training
- In-depth knowledge of concrete mix design chemical additives curing techniques and material behavior
- Proven experience with standard testing procedures including slump tests compressive strength testing and temperature monitoring
- Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and quality control documents
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory)
- Willingness to relocate to Baden-Württemberg Germany
