Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee concrete mixing machines and batching systems to ensure optimal performance.
Verify and maintain precise material proportions in accordance with project-specific mix designs.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency strength and compliance of concrete batches.
Supervise train and guide junior mixing staff and laborers to uphold operational standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mixing equipment to prevent downtime.
Strictly adhere to safety regulations quality control protocols and environmental standards.
Collaborate with site engineers and construction supervisors to align concrete production with project timelines and requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:

Recognized vocational qualification in construction or a related field (Anabin H Plus or equivalent training).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a concrete mixer or in a similar operational role.
Proficiency in German at a minimum level of B1.
Valid driving license required for site and material transportation.
Willingness to work on-site in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
