Contract Social Media Ads Specialist (LinkedIn Meta etc. )
Remote Contractor (Incorporated or Sole Proprietor only)
Were looking for a contracted Social Media Ads Specialist to help us plan create and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
This is a remote part-time contract role.
You must be an incorporated company or registered sole proprietor to be eligible.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Canada or within a North American time zone.
What youll do
Plan build and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
Create engaging ad copy headlines and basic creatives (using Canva or similar tools)
Set up targeting audiences and tracking (pixels UTMs etc. where applicable)
Monitor performance and provide simple clear reports with recommendations
Test different creatives audiences and formats to improve results continually
Coordinate with our team to ensure brand consistency and aligned messaging

Flexible hours with some overlap in North American business hours required
Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of work
Requirements
What were looking for
Proven experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
Strong understanding of B2B and/or service-based marketing (nice to have but not mandatory)
Comfortable working independently hitting deadlines and communicating clearly
Able to invoice as an incorporated business or sole proprietor
Located in Canada or a North American time zone (preferred)
Bonus: Experience with reporting dashboards or basic analytics tools
