Overview:This role involves supporting daily warehouse functions with an up-beat personality managing customer requests and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform accurate and timely data entry for customer orders
- Submit orders
- Handle customer inquiries inventory updates and service requests
- Maintain organized clerical records and documentation
- Prioritize multiple tasks and support warehouse operations as needed
- Learn and use the companys warehousing software application
- Collaborate with team members and work independently when required
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Strong clerical organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
Scheduling:- Monday-Friday
- 7AM-2 PM or 8AM-3:30 PM
- This is a full-time onsite role with a flexible start time but all shifts end at 3:30 PM.
