Job Summary

Job Overview:
The primary role will be to help with the implementation of the new planning system and partner closely with the finance team and support other projects within the group as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation for financial reporting
- Assist with monthly headcount reports
- Document and create flow charts of existing processes
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting
- Assist in data collection analysis and reporting to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in Finance and digital technology.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Prior experience in Planning and forecasting is a plus.
- Experience with data/analytics tools (ie Tableau PowerBI etc) a plus.
Education and Experience:
- BS/MS in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good teamwork and influencing skills.
- Good research skills ability to find analyze and summarize information from a variety of sources.
- The internship will be based in the Bay Area California at Cadences corporate headquarters.
