Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a talented Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems leveraging Oracles cloud technologies to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP APIs file-based integrations and scheduled jobs.
. Develop and deploy custom applications using Oracle PaaS including Visual Builder Process Automation and Integration services.
. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
. Create and manage HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and BI Publisher reports to support HR data needs.
. Customize Oracle HCM Cloud using Sandbox environments and configure Workflows to automate business processes.
. Perform unit testing debugging and performance tuning of integrations and customizations.
. Monitor and maintain integration performance and resolve issues proactively.
. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and implement relevant enhancements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM and Integration.
. Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
