Collaborer avec une petite équipe axée sur la modernisation de la pile backend et limplantation de changements importants à la plateforme.
4 années dexpérience en développement logiciel
Maîtrise des frameworks backend particulièrement Ruby et Rails
Solide compréhension de GraphQL REST de la conception dAPI et de larchitecture de systèmes
Expérience en conception et développement de systèmes de calibre entreprise
Compétences pratiques en développement web dans une vaste base de code
Expérience avec Ruby Java Python ou autres langages serveur
Maîtrise de MySQL Aurora ou autres bases relationnelles
Connaissance de MySQL ElasticSearch Redis
Expérience avec Kafka SNS/SQS ou architectures distribuées
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale

We are a full-stack team responsible for ensuring admins agents and end-users can communicate easily and securely through Zendesks ticketing workflows.

4 years of software development experience
Expert-level backend skills especially with Ruby and Rails
Strong understanding of application development GraphQL REST API design and systems architecture
Experience designing and operating systems at enterprise scale
Practical web development experience in a large established codebase
Experience with Ruby Java Python or similar server-side languages
Proficiency with relational data stores such as MySQL or Aurora
Understanding of MySQL ElasticSearch Redis
Experience with event-driven distributed architecture (Kafka SNS/SQS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
