Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Assistant (Housing Administrator)

Salary: per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus London Allowance of 2739 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday

Contract: Full time permanent

Location: Pollards Hill London. This role offers agile working. Youll be required to work from the office three days per week (Monday Wednesday and Friday) and the remainder from home.

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in your community Were looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our centralised team of Neighbourhood Housing this role youll be based at our Pollards Hill London office where youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer liaison administration and reception services. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors youll handle tenancy and neighbourhood queries with professionalism and care helping to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.
