Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are between $98200 - $122700 which includes commission and a combination of base salary and variable incentive components (60/40 base/variable split). Incentive compensation is based on individual performance within our Home Sales Advisor incentive plan and is not capped. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications job-related knowledge skillsand experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off 12 paid holidays per year medical/dental/vision insurance basic life insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
