Job Summary

Lead the structural design and development for heavy industrial equipment.
Perform FEA (Finite Element Analysis) using Creo to validate design integrity.
Design welded joints and ensure their application meets AWS Standards.
Select appropriate materials and OEM items based on the specific application.
Create 3D CAD models and 2D detailed drawings following ASME Y14.5 standards with proper GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Design and route hydraulic hoses and tubes according to schematics.
Manage product data using PDM/PLM systems and follow ECR/ECO processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing quality electrical supply chain) to apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
