About the role:

We are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Relations Senior Advisor to join our global centre of excellence in Communications and Corporate Affairs.

You will provide both strategic and hands-on support helping to deliver best-in-class media relations robust crisis communications and transparent high-impact corporate reporting. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a highly collaborative diverse and people-focused environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Advise office and practice groups on proactive media relations media enquiries and sensitive reputational issues.
  • Design and deliver global and high-profile media campaigns ensuring Linklaters is consistently represented across jurisdictions.
  • Serve as a hands-on coordinator and first responder in crisis or reputational risk incidents.
  • Oversee and coordinate stages of major corporate reporting (such as annual and sustainability reports) with accuracy compliance and brand alignment.
  • Draft and edit press releases external statements and key communications for public and regulatory review.
  • Monitor global media coverage and reputational risks providing analytics and briefings to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to global policies frameworks and best-practice resources in media and crisis communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists agencies and sector bodies.
  • Identify improvements and opportunities for greater impact across the corporate relations centre of excellence.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in media relations crisis management or corporate reporting gained within an international and complex setting ideally professional services or a regulated sector.
  • Demonstrated responsibility handling sensitive media issues and delivering high-quality reporting content.
  • Experience working in or advising cross-functional multinational teams and senior leaders.
  • Skilled in managing press enquiries and tactical crisis response under deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication able to distil complex topics clearly.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to operational detail and data analysis.
  • Confident using analytics and digital monitoring tools.
  • Culturally aware proactive organised and resilient.
  • Commitment to collaboration mentoring and continuous improvement.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
