Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Building Control team as a Casual Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Building Control team in managing day-to-day operations.
Provide expert advice on building regulations safety standards and compliance.
Oversee inspections and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Liaise with developers contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
Provide supervision.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards.
About You
Proven experience in Building Control management and minimum Registration Class A B D.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
