About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) or Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) you will provide nursing services across a variety of health service settings including community acute and aged care. RN/M1 staff consolidate skills and knowledge progressing from novice to proficient practice while delivering safe person-centred care and accepting accountability for delegated activities. Clinical Nurses (RN/M2C) operate at a proficient standard providing mentorship supervision and professional development support to less experienced nursing staff.
In addition to direct patient care you will be assigned portfolios aligned with your career development plan contribute to service improvement initiatives and support clinical governance. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams you will foster professional growth ensure high-quality care and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Portfolio responsibilities are negotiated to suit your experience and performance goals.
