Location: Downs House Hampshire
Salary: 13.85 - per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: 14.35 - per hour
Hours: 24 - 42 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For - Essential Criteria

Shift Leader Previous experience as a Shift Leader in a care home setting
Medication Trained Confident in administering and managing medication
Compassionate Communicator A caring empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
Committed to Quality Care Upholding high standards and a resident-first mindset
Creative & Resilient Adapts to challenges and brings fresh ideas to enhance care
