We provide tailored youth-focused support for young people to get work skills and practical help to transform their lives.

your opportunity

As the Recruitment Specialist (known internally as Employment Solutions Partner)you will be an integral part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build Lasting Employer Relationships:Engage face-to-face with local employers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Get Moving: You are forward facing on the road and out and about in the community
Champion Youth Aspirations:Work closely with young people to uncover their career goals and guide them toward fulfilling employment pathways.
Advise with Insight:Educate employers on current labour market trends available incentives and strategic hiring opportunities to support youth employment.
Match with Purpose: Marketing our talented youth to ensure precise job matching that leads to sustainable and successful outcomes.
