Position : Intake Specialist
Working Schedule : 12pm-8pm CST
Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Overview:
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new clients ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process. This role is responsible for gathering verifying and processing client information while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and able to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for incoming inquiries via phone email or online forms.
- Collect and verify client information ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Conduct intake interviews to assess client needs and eligibility for services.
- Enter and maintain client records in the internal database or CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. case management recruitment sales or operations) to ensure a smooth handoff and timely follow-up.
- Schedule appointments consultations or assessments as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies privacy standards and data protection regulations.
- Track and monitor the progress of client onboarding and follow up as needed.
- Provide updates and reports to supervisors or managers on intake metrics and client pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 3 years of previous experience in customer service administration or a related role.
- Experience with CRM systems or client databases is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
