In this new role within our HR service you will lead the delivery of HR technology initiatives making the most of our Oracle Fusion system and other digital platforms. From developing impactful data dashboards and analytics to implementing AI solutions youll drive digital transformation and support the delivery of the SCC Workforce Strategy through enabling colleagues to spend more time on impactful work that makes a real difference.

The team
Youll join our Corporate Services HR Support Team where were recognised for being supportive innovative and value for money. Were proud to help services across the organisation deliver their goals through robust and creative people solutions. Our culture is built on collaboration trust and a shared commitment to making a positive impact for Suffolk residents. Managers are expected to demonstrate visible leadership within their teams by working from the office at least two days per week Our usual officer days are typically on Mondays and Wednesdays.
