Job Summary
The Process Associate role is responsible for supporting one or several processes including but not limited to customer disputes and enquires routing for review of open items etc. across customer-initiated associate touchpoints and customer-impacting back-office activities for Regulatory and Procedural compliance and/or optimal customer experience. The role is responsible for executing the assigned support processes in a timely and accurate manner in adherence to documented procedural and compliance requirements. The incumbent is required to meet established performance standards and maintain operational acumen for the assigned processes.Essential Job Functions(specifics vary based on process)
Compliance and process - Ensures compliance with relevant company and regulatory guidelines. Quickly learns applicable policies processes and operations to execute the assigned process. Takes efforts to gain and maintain knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Procedural guidelines to maintain applicable industry business and operational acumen. Proven ability to accurately follow published procedures and execute on processes as per established criteria. Processes defined minimum number of transactions/units of assigned process on a monthly basis. Demonstrates technical aptitude by understanding current state functionality.
Performance - Achieves expected scores on key performance metrics such as accuracy productivity TAT the processing of assigned support process as per defined performance standards for each process. Cross trains on various processes as per business needs. Establishes and meets critical deadlines while prioritizing multiple activities and complex projects simultaneously. Influences change prioritizes efforts on critical initiatives and works to identify and find solutions to opportunities. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy by analyzing data and drawing conclusions based on the data. Works independently to achieve individual and team organizational goals
Business Relationships - Demonstrates outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills when working with internal and external partners. Demonstrates ownership by driving time-bound outcomes utilizing critical thinking skills to help analyze business problems and recommend solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems and gain consensus on the best solution.
