Analyst FDA Account Management
Fidelity Digital Assetsis an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects.
The Account Opening and Maintenance team accurately sets up and maintains accounts in several systems for all Fidelity Digital Assetss product offerings. To be effective you will work closely with the Client Service team Custody Operations Execution Services Implementation Managers and the technology team to ensure client requirements are met. With your knowledge and commitment you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the Fidelity Digital Assetsteam sharing best practices and driving successful results.

The Team
The Account Opening and Maintenance team processes new account applications and maintenance forms for Fidelity Digital provide a valuable service to our customers by helping to maintain the firms reputation for quality and by driving high satisfaction and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity Digital Assets. We prioritize and handle critical issues/exceptions that are received from Client Service Managers or Implementation Managers and participate in a monthly process to generate and distribute Account statement and Invoices driving high satisfaction and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity Digital Assets.
