We are hiring for a company that is seeking a visionary Founding Engineer to be the first technical hire at a rapidly growing venture-backed AI content platform.

This is a unique opportunity to own the entire technical landscape from critical architecture decisions to shipping deadlines and establish the scalable foundations for our next phase of growth. Youll work closely with non-technical co-founders guiding strategic product and technology direction with an option to step into a Co-Founder role based on experience and mutual fit.

What Were Looking For:

5 years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong backend emphasis proven in building scalable robust systems from the ground up.
Demonstrated ability to transform an early-stage MVP into a production-ready client-onboarding platform addressing critical infrastructure needs (security compliance).
Genuine 0-to-1 founding mindset: high agency comfort with ambiguity and the strategic leadership to guide non-technical founders on all technical decisions.
Proficiency with modern web technologies (e.g. React TypeScript cloud infrastructure) and a strong architectural judgment to define and implement a flexible future-proof stack.
London-based with existing legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
