About the role:

We have taken big leaps forward in the development and delivery of key strategies and initiatives that focus on creating brilliant experiences for our people - and we are now looking for a new team member to join our highly connected HR team on the next chapter of our role has huge scope for growth and career progression particularly for an HR generalist looking to broaden their skillset in talent management change management and learning and development.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development (OD) theHR/OD Consultant will bring an organised and partnering approach to supporting the development and coordination of initiatives that:

  • Build and enhance individual team leader and organisational capability
  • Continue to develop a culture which is safe customer focussed high performing engaged and inclusive
  • Ensure our people have clear goals know whats expected of them and how they contribute.

About you:

To be successful you will be a passionate and pragmatic operator who:

  • Has experience in HR business partnering
  • Has demonstrated experience implementing learning and development (L&D) initiatives
  • Has a sound knowledge of adult learning principles and has experience designing and delivering training
  • Brings a project management approach to engage and successfully implement a broad range of solutions
  • Has a customer service approach and is exceptional in building enduring relationships
