Job Summary
Where Youll Work
The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services diagnostic imaging womens services (digital mammography and bone density studies) neurosciences pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery pathology and pulmonary services and sleep disorders.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Performs a fitness assessment on patients as required. Develops individualized exercise plans based on patients goals. Performs fitness assessments and goal modifications as required. The position Provides support and education to meet patients goals for risk factor modification. must assess patients for symptoms EKG changes and contraindications to exercise and education on risk factor modification.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Science Exercise Physiology
- 12 week internship orone (1) year of related work experience
- Basic Life Support
