Part-time 80% FTE.8- or 12-hour day and evening shifts. The schedule is split between the Pediatric Fitness Clinic and the Get Fit Monitored Exercise Fitness Program. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

  • Wednesday (PM)
  • Thursday
  • Friday (AM)

Get Fit Monitored Exercise Fitness Program Hours

  • Monday evenings: 4:30 PM 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday evenings: 4:30 PM 7:30 PM

Coordinate a multidisciplinary treatment plan towards exercise and fitness of children and adolescents at UW Health.

We are seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist Pediatric Fitness to:

  • Set the tone of the clinical visit to help foster positive behavior change using motivational interviewing or coaching experience with children and adolescents.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in clinical Exercise Physiology Kinesiology Exercise Science or related field with emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation Required

Work Experience

  • Three (3) month internship in a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program Required
  • One or more years of relevant clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Current CPR certification Upon Hire Required
